Fenton, Missouri - August 20, 2004 – MAGPOWR, a leader in tension control systems and technology, announced plans today to re-locate their manufacturing facility to the Maxcess International headquarters in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

“This change is an excellent opportunity for MAGPOWR customers to access additional resources with the continually expanding tension control product line” announced Marcel Hage, Senior Executive, Maxcess International.

The headquarter location, where Fife guiding and inspection systems are also manufactured, provides access to a wealth of engineering expertise, state-of-the-art software technology and an extensive customer support team.

To ensure that the move will remain transparent to customers, Fife and MAGPOWR employees are working duplicate shifts to build the inventory levels and technology support at the Oklahoma location while still operating business out of the current MAGPOWR location through a large network of distributors and factory-direct area district managers.

Since becoming a Maxcess International company in 1996, MAGPOWR has continued to introduce leading technology into the market while reducing prices to help customers achieve their production goals. The MAGPOWR brand of products has recently added the Cygnus tension control and new load cells.
