Oklahoma City, Oklahoma- Maxcess, a global leader in innovative products and services for the web handling industry, today announced the sale of REM manufacturing to Associated Machine Design of Green Bay, Wisconsin. Purchased by Webex in 2010, Maxcess has sold all assets, intellectual property and the brand.
“This acquisition fits with our vision to provide high quality web handling equipment solutions,” said Jeff Taylor, CEO of Associated Machine Design. “REM is a proven slitter rewinder system with a solid customer base and we look forward to serving the needs of existing customers and building new relationships moving forward.”
All quote requests, including new machines, rebuilds, spare parts or any other REM needs will now be will be handled by Associated Machine Design.
