Maxcess maintains a compliance strategy intended to support compliance with applicable EU packaging requirements for packaging configurations that relevant Maxcess entities place on the European Union market.
The European Union’s Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2025/40 (the “PPWR”), entered into force in February 2025 and generally applies from August 12, 2026, with longer lead times for certain requirements. Depending on the packaging type and intended use, the PPWR addresses matters such as substances in packaging, packaging minimization, recyclability, recycled content, reuse and refill, labeling, and conformity assessment.
Any EU Declaration of Conformity (“DoC”) made available on this page relates only to the specific packaging configuration expressly identified in that declaration. Each DoC is issued by, or under the responsibility of, the legal entity identified in the declaration and is supported by the technical documentation required under applicable law.
