Oklahoma City, Oklahoma – Maxcess, a global leader in innovative products and services for the web handling industry, acquired Fives North American Guiding on January 30, 2015. Headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, Fives North American Guiding will integrate with Fife Guiding Systems, under the Bertram Capital-owned Maxcess International.

Fives North American Guiding has more than 50 years experience providing innovative technologies for the web handling industry. The combined entity of Fife and Fives North American Guiding will begin taking orders and providing service and support for both product lines immediately.
