When a critical tool is late, the cost shows up fast. Missed press time, delayed launches, and unnecessary disruption all add up quickly when timing slips.
That is why RotoMetrics introduced Fast Lane, an expedited production option for select tools, designed for moments when waiting is the most expensive choice.
Fast Lane provides access to accelerated ship dates for qualifying products, with availability limited to one qualifying order per eligible product, per day. The earliest possible Fast Lane ship dates close daily at 12:00 pm CST.
Contact your RotoMetrics representative or Maxcess Customer Service agent today to confirm eligibility and request Fast Lane scheduling. Once the daily Fast Lane capacity is filled, it is no longer available.
Fast Lane Eligible Products
- RD250. Fast Lane lead time = 2 days
- RD100. Fast Lane lead time = 4-5 days, depending on diameter
- RD300. Fast Lane lead time = 4 or 6 days, depending on diameter
- AccuBase™ Magnetic Cylinders. Fast Lane lead time = 4 days
- Solid Anvils. Fast Lane lead time = 3 or 5 days, depending on type
- PC Integral. Cylinders Fast Lane lead time = 3 days
