Please use this form to report potential security vulnerabilities affecting Maxcess products, solutions, or digital services.
All submitted reports are reviewed and assessed by the Maxcess Security Team according to established vulnerability handling procedures. Reports are accepted regardless of customer status and are treated confidentially.
To support an efficient investigation, please provide as much information as possible about the affected product, the nature of the vulnerability, and its potential impact.
Please submit your report in English or German. Once your report has been submitted, a confirmation email will automatically be sent to the email address provided.
