Matt Keogh, Customer Service Representative (RotoMetrics, World Headquarters US)

How long have you worked at Roto?

I was with Roto from 97? to 03? and after a ten year hiatus returned in 2013.

What do you enjoy most about your job at Roto?

More times than not, we’re able to come through for our customers when there didn’t seem to be a way. Our products play a huge role in the success and livelihood of our customers and it’s a nice feeling to walk out the door at night after we came through for someone because of a tight timeframe or another guy’s tool simply wasn’t getting the job done. I love helping make the impossible happen.

What was the best vacation you ever had?

Just last summer. My wife and I celebrated our 18th wedding anniversary this year and we were able to get away to the Bahamas for a week without children for the first time ever. We needed it and our kids needed it.

What are you passionate about?

My wife and children.

Name one thing that not many people know about you.

Some folks are surprised to learn I was actually here in the late 90’s into the early 2000’s.

What do you consider your greatest achievement?

Again, my family is my greatest achievement.

What is the one thing for which you’d most like to be remembered for?

Probably a theme starting here but … a good husband and father.

Do you have any phobias?

I’m deathly afraid of spiders.

How would you spend your days if you could retire comfortably at your current age?

My favorite thing to do is travel and see new things so I can see my wife and I buying an RV and traveling across the country someday.

What is one of the most difficult things you’ve ever done?

One of my sons was born with a broken arm. He had a rough start and seeing him deal with that and knowing I was powerless to help was pretty tough.
